All assessments below include a comprehensive report & feedback session to discuss the results.
Cognitive Assessment (Assessment of Intelligence) (Ages 3+) $1290.00
Combines gold standard measures of cognitive ability (WPPSI-IV, WISC-V or WAIS-IV) and adaptive behaviour (Vineland-3 or ABAS-3) to provide a comprehensive overview of cognitive ability. Primarily used to diagnose Intellectual Disability or identify giftedness.
Learning Disorder Assessment (Ages 6+) $1790.00
Provides a comprehensive assessment of cognitive ability and academic achievement, as well as screening for social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Used to diagnose Learning Disorders such as Dyslexia.

Undertaken using gold standard measures such as the ADOS-2 and the ADI-R, this assessment provides a comprehensive measure of potential Autism symptoms in children and adults. Recommended for NDIS applications.
ADHD/Behavioural Assessment (Ages 6+) $1190.00
Add Cognitive Assessment for $400.00
Combines a structured clinical interview/s with gold standard behaviour rating scales such as the Conners-4 or the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales to provide a comprehensive assessment of ADHD and related disorders such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
Adult ADHD / Autism Assessment (Ages 18+) $1590.00
Provides a cost-effective assessment for adults who suspect that they may be neurodiverse or have ADHD or Autism. The assessment comprises structured clinical interviews and several questionnaires and behaviour rating scales and includes a report summarising the results. Not recommended for NDIS applications.
Adult Autism Assessment (Ages 18+) $1390.00
Consists of a structured interview and the completion of several psychometric tests and questionnaires. Designed to provide a brief assessment of autism in adults. Not recommended for NDIS applications.
Comprehensive Psychological Assessment (Ages 6+) $3000.00
Conducted over several sessions, this assessment is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of psychological functioning. This assessment investigates for a range of disorders including Autism, ADHD, Learning Disorders, and Intellectual Disability. Can be used to help inform NDIS applications of NDIS Plan reviews.
Adaptive Function Assessment (from birth onwards) POA
Combines a clinical interview with a gold standard measure of adaptive function (Vineland-3 or ABAS-3). Used to provide further information about the functional impacts of Intellectual Disability, or other developmental disorders such as Autism.
All the above prices include the costs of a comprehensive report, as well as a feedback session to discuss the results.
*A partial Medicare rebate may be available for Autism assessments for children and adults aged 24 and under with a referral by a paediatrician or psychiatrist.
In most cases Medicare rebates are not available for psychological assessments. You do not need a referral from a doctor to access our services. Simply contact our office to arrange an assessment.
Payment must be finalised before the report can be released.

WPPSI-IV
The Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence – Fourth Edition (WPPSI-IV)
Is an innovative measure of cognitive ability and development for preschoolers and young children up to 7 years of age. It places an emphasis on child-friendly and developmentally appropriate tasks and provides a comprehensive insight into the various cognitive abilities of younger children.
WISC-V
The Wechsler Intelligence Scales for Children – Fifth Edition (WISC-V)
Is the gold standard measure of cognitive ability in children aged 6-16. The WISC-V measures various cognitive domains including verbal reasoning, working memory, processing speed, and visual problem solving, and is used to help assess children with learning problems or potential intellectual disabilities.
WAIS-IV
The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale – Fourth Edition (WAIS-IV)
Is the world-leading assessment tool for measuring cognitive ability in adults aged 16 and over. The WAIS-IV assesses a variety of cognitive abilities and provides a detailed measure of intellectual function and capacity.
ADOS-2
The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2)
Is considered the gold standard measure for assessing Autism Spectrum Disorder. It provides a semi-structured, standardised assessment of communication, social interaction, play, and restricted and repetitive behaviours, and is suitable for use with both children and adults.
ADI-R
The Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R)
Is a structured interview used for diagnosing autism, planning treatment, and distinguishing autism from other developmental disorders.
WIAT-III
The Wechsler Individual Achievement Test – Third Edition (WIAT-III)
Provides a comprehensive measure of academic functioning including reading, writing, and mathematics. Primarily used to help diagnose learning disorders.
CONNERS-4
The CONNERS-4 is the gold standard rating scale to help diagnose ADHD and related disorders in children aged 6-18.
