Cognitive Assessment (Assessment of Intelligence) (Ages 3+) $1390.00

Combines gold standard measures of cognitive ability (WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, or WAIS-5) and adaptive behaviour (Vineland-3 or ABAS-3) to provide a comprehensive overview of cognitive ability. Primarily used to diagnose Intellectual Disability or identify giftedness.

Complex Cognitive / FASD Assessment (Ages 3+) $1990.00

A comprehensive assessment using a variety of gold standard assessment tools and measuring performance in a range of neurodevelopmental domains. Used to assess complex disorders like FASD.

Learning Disorder Assessment (Ages 6+) $1890.00

Provides a comprehensive assessment of cognitive ability and academic achievement, as well as screening for social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Used to diagnose Learning Disorders such as Dyslexia.

Undertaken using gold standard measures such as the ADOS-2 and the ADI-R, this assessment provides a comprehensive measure of potential Autism symptoms in children. Recommended for NDIS applications.

ADHD/Behavioural Assessment (Ages 6+) $1590.00

Combines structured clinical interviews with gold standard behaviour rating scales, such as the Conners-4, as well as a cognitive assessment. This assessment provides a comprehensive assessment of ADHD and related disorders such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

Adult Neurodiversity Assessment (Ages 19+) $1790.00

Provides a thorough assessment for adults who suspect that they may be neurodiverse or have ADHD or Autism. The assessment combines structured clinical interviews and several questionnaires and behaviour rating scales.

Comprehensive Psychological Assessment (Ages 6+) $3000.00

Conducted over several sessions, this assessment is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of psychological functioning. This assessment investigates a range of disorders, including Autism, ADHD, Learning Disorders, and Intellectual Disability. Can be used to help inform NDIS applications of NDIS Plan reviews.

Functional Capacity Assessment (Ages 3+) $1990.00

Combines a clinical interview with a gold standard measure of adaptive function (e.g. Vineland-3, ABAS-3, WHODAS) and added assessment tools as needed. Used to provide further information about the functional impacts of neurodevelopmental and mental health disorders.

All the above prices include the costs of a comprehensive report, as well as a feedback session to discuss the results.

*A partial Medicare rebate may be available for Autism assessments for children and adults aged 25 and under with a referral by a paediatrician or psychiatrist.

Counselling Fees

Psychology services can be accessed either privately or through a referral provided by a medical professional, such as a GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist, under the Medicare Better Access Program.

Counselling services can be accessed privately.

Fees for services that are being paid for through a third party (e.g. NDIS) will be charged at the recommended rates for that third party.

Clinical Psychologist: $230

With a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or pediatrician, or psychiatrist, you may be eligible for up to 10 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year. The rebate can be accessed by submitting a claim online with Medicare.

Some private health fund companies may provide a small rebate for sessions. Please consult with your health fund provider to find out more.

Late Cancellation Policy and Fees

Please note that we need to receive at least 24 hours’ notice of non-attendance, otherwise, a late-cancellation fee will be charged. Late cancellation fees are not charged in exceptional circumstances.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a full fee charge for that appointment.
  • Failure to attend an appointment will incur a full fee charge for that appointment.

*NDIS clients will pay a cancellation fee in line with the NDIS guidelines.

Multiple late cancellations or failure to attend appointments will prompt a review of your engagement with the service, and you may be moved to a waitlist for an available appointment.
